These Terms govern HANKATONG CONNECT, provided by HANKATONG LTD (Company number 16087577, “we”).

1. Service
We provide eSIM and physical SIM recommendations based on trip and device information, purchasing, installation and activation guidance, usage checks and support. Features vary by country, product, supplier and device.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and protect your credentials.
- Do not use another person’s data, share accounts or attempt abusive automated access.
- We may request verification or restrict use to address security or fraud risk.
3. Recommendations
Recommendations use the trip, device and usage preferences you provide and available product information. They do not guarantee coverage or quality. Check destination, network, device, installation, activation and refund conditions before purchase.
4. Orders and payments
- An order may become final after payment confirmation and supplier processing begins.
- The checkout confirmation controls price, currency, duration, data and delivery terms.
- External processors handle payment; we do not directly store full card numbers or security codes.
- Report suspected errors or duplicate charges to support.
5. SIM use
- Confirm device support, carrier lock and installation readiness before using an eSIM.
- Keep QR codes, activation codes and ICCIDs confidential.
- Delivery and activation times may vary due to country, customs, carrier and supplier conditions.
- Local service depends on network, location, buildings, congestion and device condition.
6. Cancellations
Eligibility depends on issue, installation, use, shipping and activation status. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy and product-specific terms.
7. Rewards and reviews
Points, coupons, missions and review rewards apply only when enabled. Fraud, duplicate awards, cancellation or refund may cause benefits to be reversed.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorised access to or disruption of services, APIs, payments or fulfilment.
- False trip, order, review or account data.
- Use of another person’s account, code, payment method or personal data.
- Unauthorised copying, resale or automated collection.
9. Changes and liability
Maintenance, outages, third-party events or force majeure may affect service. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss to the extent permitted by law.
10. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are generally subject to its courts. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction in your country of residence. Contact cs@hankatong.app.
