Account Deletion

Request deletion of your account and data

After deletion you cannot sign in and the account may not be recoverable. Records that must be retained by law will be separated and kept only for the required period.

Request in the app

  1. Sign in to HANKATONG CONNECT.
  2. Select My → Account management → Delete account.
  3. Review the data to be deleted or retained and verify with your current password.
  4. Submit the final deletion request.

If you cannot use the app, verify your identity below using the email address or telephone number on your account and your current password.

Data retained for a limited period

Retained records are separated from ordinary account data and used only for the retention purpose.

Processing time

After password verification in the app or on this page, account deletion and de-identification are processed immediately and a request number is shown. Requests submitted by email may require additional verification and manual processing.
